As of January 2020 due to Covid all sales are final and no exchange. For safety reasons
If order was customized or special order that we didn’t have on hand the product sale is final.No refunds will be permitted. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value within 7 days after purchase in orginal condition as purchased.
At Empress Bundles we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factory. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Items may be exchanged under the following conditions:
