On-Hand Hair Purchases:
Due to COVID-19 precautions in place since 2020, all sales on on-hand hair are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. If we do decide to all you to return it will only be store credit and a 15$ stocking fee will also be exercised.
Online Purchases:
Online orders may be returned within 5 days of purchase for store credit only, provided the product is in brand new, unused condition with original packaging intact.
